FIBERGLASS
Resin
Resin is a chemical that is liquid, like cooking oil, but rather thick. Various types of resins. For accessories fiberglass material, generally use clear resin or resin turbid. Translucent resin, usually used to form the highlight of translucently, for accessories such as visors, etc. as a replacement lampshade mica, but the use of translucent resin in the market for replacement mica, still not produce satisfactory quality. While the more turbid resin types used for the manufacture of accessories, in addition to low cost, this resin can be easily purchased in stores chemicals.
Catalyst
This liquid resin arguably faithful companion, this fluid is usually colorless and odorless slightly sengak nodes. This fluid serves to accelerate the process of hardening of the dough fiber, the more the faster catalyst to harden the dough but the results are less good. This fluid, if the skin will feel hot, like liquid water zuur.
Calcium Carbonate
Material in powder form that resembles a white flour dough serves as a thickener major fiberglass (resin, catalyst, etc.). The more a mixture of Calcium Carbonate on the dough, then the fiberglass would be more thick and heavy. This material can be replaced by talc, talc but somewhat darker color. But I have not found significant differences in the use of talc & Calcium Carbonate.
Met / Matt
Met is a glass fiber material. This material serves as a fiber reinforcement of fiberglass dough when it will be printed, so the results become stronger and not easily broken. Met a variety of forms, there is a similar vermicelli, cloth, sacks and honeycomb. But that is prevalent in the market is shaped like rice noodles.
Cobalt (Blue Cobalt)
Cobalt is a chemical that is liquid, blue ink-like aroma and has no odor. This liquid mixture is used for extra dough resin & catalyst, so that the dough is more glue on meth and speed up the hardening of dough fiber. Too much can lead to the results of adding cobalt fiber brittle (fragile).
Wax (Mold Release)
This material is similar cursory butter / cheese while still inside the container. Serves as a lubricant at the printing stage using the mall / molding, so that the molding together with the print is not glue, so it can easily be removed.
